It's pretty clear from my website that pet photography is where my passion lies. It's true, I want to become the go to pet photographer for Vancouver, and eventually all of Clark County! (I'm down to travel to Washougal, Ridgefield, and Woodland too.) However, it's also true that pets have human families, and I absolutely love capturing the bond that they share. I'm also always happy to capture special moments for families, couples, and high school seniors who do not have pets. My latest family session just so happend to include three adorable dogs, in small, medium, and large!
The Rodgers' Dogs, Temperance, Toby & Rexford
The Rodgers' family is such an amazing group of people who live on a small farm in Washougal. I actually work with Morgan and Mindy at an animal hospital, and they had been wanting family photos for awhile. It was hard to get the whole family together at the same time, but once they were able to coordinate, we made the session happen, and it only made sense to do it on the farm!
The Nuclear Family
I think my favorite thing about this family session is how close the Rodgers' are. They had so much fun, and it was evident how much love their family shares. I'm so glad we were able to have both the maternal and paternal grandparents in this session. Grandparents are always welcome in family sessions; the family started with them, after all.
Maternal Side
Paternal Side
Overall, I had a blast during this session. The images turned out beautifully, and I can't wait to see which images the Rodgers' decide t have printed on canvas! I hope you enjoy the images as much as I do.
